Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Individuals may contribute $5,000 per calendar year to Vote Hope.

Contributions received through this website are subject to the limits and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Vote Hope is carrying out a variety of federal and nonfederal activities in the 2008 election cycle, and it is our policy not to accept contributions intended for use on behalf of any specific project or candidate. Vote Hope does not accept earmarked contributions and retains final discretion over the use of all funds.
